COVID-19 Play Session Booking Terms and Conditions

Please DO NOT attend sessions should you or any member of your group have or been in contact with anyone with COVID 19 within the past 14 days. You will be refused entrance should you or any of your group show signs of COVID 19 symptoms on arrival.
Vulnerable people should consider their own situation & safety before visiting.
Bookings will be available via phone only – Please DO NOT attend Planet Play to book for a session.
Payments will be taken at time of booking via debit/credit card. Only when payment is approved will this be a confirmed booking. Bookings are NOT transferable.
Due to limited numbers all guests must be booked onto a chosen session. You cannot bring more guests than you have booked for. If the sessions are full it will not be possible to admit people on the day of your visit. Persons booked onto a session who do not then arrive will not be refunded.
Sessions will be strictly 1 hour 30 mins long- this enables us to limit the number of people within the building and allows us to keep a high standard of cleanliness.
Bookings can NOT be changed less than 48hours prior to play session.
To comply with the Governments track and trace requirements your contact details will be taken when a booking is made. These details will be passed on to relevant authorises should we need to. If you do not wish for these details to be used for this purpose, please advise a team member when booking.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your play session time to allow us to adhere to procedures. Please queue if necessary, observing social distancing at all times.
Face coverings are mandatory for all the adults and children over the age of 11. They must be worn at all times (except when eating and drinking) including accompanying children on the play frame. Any person with an exemption will be required to remain seated and will NOT be permitted into any play area.
1 table per group will be allocated – Please do not move tables.
Reduced menu/ table service will be operation
Please adhere to all hygiene requirements.
To follow new guidelines required by the government we are in the process of making changes to the certain aspects of the play area. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and would ask for your patience whilst we implement the requirements.
Normal rules of play apply including height restriction of 4ft 9inches
